A group of men were standing in a parking lot when another man got into an SUV to pick up the group, however, the car was a handicap vehicle and the man was unaware of which pedal was which.

As a result, the driver hit the gas and struck the group. He then dragged two of the people in the group underneath the SUV. Witnesses report that the car dragged the men about 15 or 20 feet.
