A Wood County, West Virginia woman is suing a McDonald's due to injuries she sustained after slipping and falling there two years ago.

April Wise reportedly walked into the Putnam County McDonald's when she slipped and fell due to a wet floor. She further reports that there were no warning signs and the non-slip mat was removed from the foyer.

As a result of her accident, Wise claims that she sustained a number of injuries to her back, neck, right arm and wrist. She claims she has suffered pain, discomfort, medical expenses, lost wages and more.
