One Injured in Construction Site Truck Accident
|
When a dump truck at a construction site tipped over onto another one as they were dumping topsoil, one person was injured.
In Chemung County, New York, the driver of one of the trucks thought his dirt was emptied as he pulled forward and tipped onto the other truck. The driver of the second truck ended up trapped inside.
One of the drivers was "a little banged up" and may have suffered from a broken leg and has a sore back. No further information about the man's injuries is available. The construction site accident is currently under investigation.
It's never easy to deal with a construction site accident where you are injured because of another person's negligent actions. Your injuries may result in heavy medical bills, lost work wages and future health care needs that you are not prepared to handle. You should not have to suffer these expenses or pain and suffering when someone else causes a construction site accident. By working with a personal injury attorney, you can begin to resolve this matter in the best way possible and begin to move forward with your case and your life. An injury lawyer will make sure that your rights are protected during this difficult time so that you do not continue to struggle during this time. |
