In Cary, North Carolina, a charter of a motorcycle died on Tuesday morning after an accident occurred on northbound Davis Drive, which is near Salem Church Road.

According to local police, 80-year-old Doris Yates Upchurch of Cary was driving her SUV southbound on Davis Drive.  At 7:30 AM, she went to make a left turn and ended up hitting a motorcyclist.

54 -year-old Tomoichi Martin Cummings was killed as a result of the collision.  At this time, no other details have been released by authorities surrounding the crash.
