Damian Kyle Hernandez has been arrested and charged with leaving the scene of a fatality without rendering aid, battery on a police dog and resisting arrest without violence.

The Lakeland, Florida police report that he struck a motorcycle with his car while he was traveling at a high speed. The man who was on the motorcycle died as a result of the accident.
