A 46-year-old man died as the result of a boat accident near the back bay of Brigantine near Atlantic City. According to reports, the man went overboard at the time.

The U.S. Coast Guard did respond to the matter and spotted the man in the water. As they picked him up, he was noticed to be dead at the scene of the accident.

At this time, the State Marine Police are still investigating the fatal accident and interviewing witnesses. An autopsy will also be conducted.
