Boy Injured in Bicycle Accident
|
A Kettering, Ohio teenager was injured in a bicycle accident when he collided with a truck while on his motorized bicycle.
According to police, Philip Boyer Jr. didn't stop at an intersection which led to him running into the rear of the truck. The young boy was not wearing protective gear or a helmet.
Witnesses have reported that the boy seemed to have suffered serious facial injuries. The police have noted that the driver of the truck was not at fault in the bicycle accident.
It's never easy to deal with a bicycle accident where you are injured because of another person's negligent actions. Your injuries may result in heavy medical bills, lost work wages and future health care needs that you are not prepared to handle at this time. You should not have to suffer these expenses when someone else's carelessness causes the bicycle accident. By working with a personal injury attorney, you can begin to resolve this matter in the best way possible and begin to move forward with your life. An injury lawyer will make sure that your rights are protected during this difficult time so that you are able to recover in the best way possible right now. |
